Navistar, Inc. is a manufacturer of commercial trucks, buses, and diesel engines, headquartered in Lisle, Illinois. A successor to International Harvester, which was founded in 1902, the company was renamed Navistar in 1986. In July 2021, Navistar became a wholly-owned subsidiary of TRATON GROUP, the heavy-truck division of Volkswagen Group. As of 2024, the company was rebranded to International Motors, LLC. Navistar employs approximately 14,500 people and has reported annual revenues in the range of $7.5 billion to over $11 billion in recent years.

Navistar is an operating company whose primary products include medium- and heavy-duty (Class 4 through 8) trucks sold under the International® brand, and school and commercial buses sold under the IC Bus® brand.
