FanDuel Group Parent LLC, commonly known as FanDuel, is an American gambling company headquartered in New York City, New York. Founded in 2009, it operates as a subsidiary of Flutter Entertainment plc, a global sports betting and gaming operator listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: FLUT) and the London Stock Exchange (LSE: FLTR). As of January 2026, FanDuel employs between 1,001 and 5,000 people. Its parent company, Flutter Entertainment, reported that its U.S. segment, primarily comprising the FanDuel brand, generated $5.798 billion in revenue for the year ended December 31, 2024. Flutter Entertainment acquired full ownership of FanDuel in July 2025, valuing the company at approximately $31 billion.

FanDuel provides a suite of online gambling and entertainment products, including sportsbook, daily fantasy sports, online casino games, and horse racing. It operates online sportsbooks in numerous U.S. states, as well as in Ontario and Puerto Rico, and offers online casino products in several states including Connecticut, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. The company also runs FanDuel TV, a cable network primarily covering live horse racing events and other sports from a gambling perspective.

FanDuel Group Parent LLC is currently a defendant in one tracked patent litigation case, indicating its posture as an operating company defending against patent assertions. The sole case, WinView IP Holdings, LLC v. FanDuel, Inc. et al., was filed on February 10, 2025, in the New Jersey District Court. This lawsuit alleges that FanDuel, along with other affiliated entities, unlawfully incorporated WinView's patented technologies related to real-time sports gaming, including low-latency streaming, real-time betting synchronization, and fairness-enhancing mechanisms, into its sports betting platforms. WinView seeks damages and injunctions that could require FanDuel to cease using the contested technologies or enter into a licensing agreement.
