Cogeco Inc. is a Canadian holding company founded in 1957, with headquarters in Montreal, Quebec. It is a public company trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: CGO) and is controlled by the Audet family's holding company, Gestion Audem Inc. Cogeco operates in the telecommunications and media sectors. The company has approximately 4,400 employees and generated revenue of roughly CAD $2.94 billion in its most recent fiscal year.

Through its subsidiaries, Cogeco provides a range of telecommunications and media services in North America. In Canada, its Cogeco Connexion business unit offers internet, video, and telephone services to residential and business customers in Ontario and Quebec.
