3Shape Trios A/S is a Danish dental-technology company registered in Copenhagen (Holmens Kanal 7, 1060 Copenhagen K; CVR 33 36 87 71, incorporated November 2010). It is a subsidiary of 3Shape Holding A/S, sister to 3Shape A/S and 3Shape Inc.; the wider 3Shape group was founded in 2000 by Tais Clausen and Nikolaj Deichmann. The group is privately held, with the founders retaining majority ownership; Sweden's EQT acquired a 20% stake in 2021–22 through the EQT IX fund. Group disclosures for 2024 cite roughly 2,330 employees across 29 countries and revenue of DKK 3.317 billion (~USD 500 million). Standalone, 3Shape Trios A/S reported 2023 revenue of DKK 2.91 billion in its Danish annual report.
