Zachariah S. Harrington

Zachariah S. Harrington is a founding partner of the Houston-based patent litigation boutique Antonelli, Harrington & Thompson LLP. His practice focuses on representing patent holders in complex infringement litigation across a variety of high-technology sectors. His technical background as a chemical engineer, with prior experience as an R&D engineer at Micron Electronics, informs his work in areas like telecommunications, software, and microchip technology.

Mr. Harrington exclusively represents plaintiffs in the single tracked case, Modulus Systems LLC v. Smart & Green, and his firm profile lists numerous other representative matters where he has enforced patent rights on behalf of patent holders and inventors. The firm, which he co-founded, rejects hourly billing and prefers contingency or fixed-fee arrangements, aligning its interests with its plaintiff clients.
