Yuval H. Marcus

Yuval H. Marcus is the Managing Partner and Co-Chair of the Litigation Practice Group at Leason Ellis LLP, where he has practiced since 2009. The firm, founded in 2008 by former Darby & Darby attorneys, specializes in intellectual property law. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Marcus handles a broad range of intellectual property disputes in federal courts nationwide, including patent, trademark, copyright, trade dress, and false advertising matters.

His patent litigation practice encompasses diverse technology areas, including life sciences, medical technology, biotechnology, telecommunications, and software. Beyond litigation, he frequently conducts IP due diligence for investors and companies involved in M&A transactions and investments. While his tracked case shows an appearance as local counsel for a plaintiff in a software-related patent dispute (EXPRESS MOBILE, INC. v. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, as well as before multiple U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Second and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
