Yong Jae Kim

Yong Jae Kim is a founding and managing partner at Kim Winston LLP (also known as Kim IP), an intellectual property boutique law firm. Prior to co-founding Kim Winston LLP, Mr. Kim honed his skills at major law firms, including Darby & Darby, PC, and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP. He also spent over a decade as an engineer in the medical device industry with companies such as Becton Dickinson & Co. and Stryker Corporation.

Mr. Kim's patent litigation experience spans a diverse array of technical fields.
