Yitai Hu

Yitai Hu is a veteran intellectual property litigator with a practice focused on high-technology disputes. His technical background in physics underpins his work in complex patent cases involving semiconductors, non-volatile memories, liquid crystal displays (LCDs), computer networking hardware, and integrated circuits. Mr. Hu has extensive experience representing international clients, particularly from Asia, in U.S. district courts and Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission (ITC), where he has acted as lead counsel in numerous cases. His practice also includes client counseling on international IP law, licensing, and technology-related mergers and acquisitions.
