Whitney M. Howard

Whitney M. Howard is a partner at Venable LLP, focusing her practice on pharmaceutical and biotechnology patent litigation, particularly Hatch-Waxman matters. She represents major pharmaceutical companies and emerging biotechnology startups in asserting and defending patents through trial and appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
