Warren Szutse Huang

Warren Szutse Huang is an experienced patent litigation attorney at Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP, focusing primarily on the defense side of patent disputes. His practice encompasses complex patent matters, notably in the high-tech and software sectors.

Huang has significant experience in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), having appeared in multiple IPRs and demonstrating the versatility to represent both plaintiff and defendant interests in such proceedings, as seen in IPR2020-01266. His case record indicates a strong emphasis on defending clients, with four out of his five tracked appearances being on the defendant side.
