Vlada A. Wendel

Vlada A. Wendel is a patent litigation attorney with a practice focused on complex patent disputes across a range of advanced technologies. Her technical expertise, backed by an electrical engineering background, allows her to handle cases involving communications, semiconductors, software, and networking.

Throughout her career, Ms. Wendel has primarily represented major corporate defendants in patent infringement claims, offering insight into sophisticated defense strategies. While her tracked appearance includes defending AT&T Inc. in SPADA Innovations, Inc. v. AT&T Inc. as counsel, her experience also extends to representing clients in venues such as the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the District of Delaware, and the Central District of California.

She is currently an associate at Caldwell Cassady & Curry, having joined the firm in May 2026. Prior to this, she was with an Am Law 100 firm, identified in court documents as Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP.
