He has extensive experience in inter partes reviews (IPRs) and other post-grant proceedings, and has appeared as counsel for ecobee, Inc. in Federal Circuit appeals stemming from PTAB decisions.
Mr. Carroll earned his legal training from DePaul University College of Law, graduating and becoming licensed to practice law in 1999.
