Sue Wang

Sue Wang is a patent litigator with a primary focus on high-stakes intellectual property and complex commercial disputes within the life sciences industry. Her technological expertise spans small molecule pharmaceuticals, treatment methods, DNA sequencing, gene editing, RNA interference, antibody therapeutics, protein manufacturing processes, cancer immunotherapy, and T-cell therapies. While her practice emphasizes life sciences, she also has experience in software patent litigation.
