He has tried cases in numerous major U.S. forums and regularly argued appeals to the Federal Circuit, where he previously served as a law clerk. His experience also includes regularly appearing in IPR hearings before the Patent Office.
Mr. Bauer earned both his S.B. and S.M. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), with a biomedical focus, and his J.D. from Boston University Law School.
