Steven Chase Callahan

Steven Chase Callahan is a founding partner of the Dallas-based litigation boutique Charhon Callahan Robson & Garza PLLC (CCRG), where his practice centers on business disputes and intellectual property litigation. His patent litigation experience is broad, representing clients in disputes involving telecommunications, internet security, and software technologies. Callahan also authors the "Northern District of Texas Blog," which frequently covers procedural and substantive developments in patent litigation within that district.

Contrary to representing only defendants, Callahan has significant experience on both sides of the docket. The single tracked case, a defense-side appearance in K. Mizra LLC v. Rapid7, Inc., underrepresents his activity.
