Stamatios "Stamo" Stamoulis is a seasoned patent litigation attorney with over two decades of experience in intellectual property and complex commercial law. He is a founding partner at Stamoulis & Weinblatt LLC, a firm recognized for its representation of patent litigation plaintiffs. His practice encompasses a wide array of technologies, including software, computer hardware, electronics, telecommunications, mechanical arts, and consumer products. Additionally, Mr. Stamoulis has experience in pharmaceutical litigation, specifically handling Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) matters for both brand and generic pharmaceutical companies.

Mr. Stamoulis primarily represents plaintiffs in patent infringement actions, including both practicing and non-practicing entities, reflecting his firm's focus.
