Infineon Technologies AG et al., a dispute over semiconductor IP, a settlement was reached that included a licensing agreement for Mosaid's patent portfolio. Capshaw was lead counsel for the plaintiff in Innovative Display Technologies LLC v. BMW of North America, LLC. He also represented Greenthread LLC as a partner in its litigation against Texas Instruments Incorporated, a case which has seen related inter partes review (IPR) proceedings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). This involvement indicates experience defending patent owner interests in PTAB proceedings.
