He is particularly active in post-grant proceedings, with experience before the United States Patent Office, the European Patent Office, the Japanese Patent Office, and the Korean Patent Office.
Admitted to the California Bar, Mr. Yin holds a J.D., a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with minors in Materials Science and Chemistry, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, all from the University of California at Berkeley.
