Sanjeet K. "Sanj" Dutta is a highly experienced intellectual property litigation attorney, currently serving as a partner in Goodwin's Technology group and a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Transactions and Strategies practice. Mr. Dutta specializes in patent litigation and intellectual property strategy, with a technical background in electrical engineering. He advises technology-driven companies on patent portfolio development and complex IP matters across industries such as consumer electronics, supercomputers, and DNA diagnostics.

Throughout his career, Mr. Dutta has primarily represented defendants in high-stakes patent litigation and trade secret disputes in federal courts and before the International Trade Commission (ITC).
