Samuel Thacker

Samuel Thacker is an attorney at Klarquist Sparkman who focuses his practice on patent litigation and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) post-grant review proceedings, including Inter Partes Reviews (IPRs) and Ex Parte Reexaminations. His technical proficiencies are broad, encompassing mechanical technologies such as combustion engines, aircraft, medical devices, consumer appliances, outdoor gear, and winches.
