Sam Stake is a partner and co-chair of the Artificial Intelligence practice in Quinn Emanuel's San Francisco office, where he specializes in high-stakes intellectual property litigation. His practice encompasses a broad range of technologies, including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, network security, software, and microprocessors, as well as life sciences, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Stake has significant trial experience representing clients in federal and state courts across the country.
