Ryan Richard Roberts

Ryan Richard Roberts is a patent litigation attorney focusing on complex intellectual property and trade secret disputes, primarily within high-technology sectors. His practice encompasses technologies such as wireless communications hardware and protocols, organic light-emitting diode (OLED) displays, photovoltaic cells, and balanced armature technology in audio devices. With an academic background in computer science and engineering, Mr. Roberts applies his technical expertise to both defending and asserting patent rights for clients, including leading electronics manufacturers and international defense firms.

While his experience includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants, his tracked appearances show a focus on defending operating companies. Notably, he currently serves as counsel for the defendant in Headwater Research LLC v. Charter Communications, Inc., a patent infringement case that appears to involve telecommunications or networking technologies.
