Rodney R. Miller

Rodney R. Miller is a registered patent attorney and partner at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP, where he focuses on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including patent litigation, due diligence, licensing, and transactional work. With over a decade of experience, his litigation practice spans diverse technology areas such as telecommunications, semiconductors, Internet protocols, operating systems, hardware and software storage systems, user interfaces, and pharmaceuticals.

Miller has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal courts throughout the United States, including key patent litigation venues like Texas, Delaware, and California.
