Rick Rambo

Rick L. Rambo is a seasoned intellectual property litigator and Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where his practice focuses on patent, trade secret, trademark, and copyright disputes. His technological expertise spans computer and server architecture, network, software, communications, wireless technology, Internet protocols and standards, and energy-related technologies. This depth is underscored by his prior experience as the president of a software business that developed real-time 3-D graphics navigational systems and as a software engineer.

Rambo represents both plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property and complex commercial litigation, including cases in US federal and state courts, the International Trade Commission, and international arbitration panels.
