His experience extends to adversarial proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), where he regularly represents clients in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings.
Hung earned dual bachelor's degrees in electrical engineering and economics from Stanford University and his Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School. He is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable Paul R. Michel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
