R. Parrish Freeman

R. Parrish Freeman is a seasoned patent litigator and partner at Maschoff Brennan, where his practice primarily encompasses patent, trademark, and complex commercial intellectual property disputes. He is noted for his ability to handle a wide range of technologies, from intricate chemical, electrical, and software matters to mechanical cases. His diverse experience spans industries such as telecommunications, computer hardware and software, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and optical technology.

Mr. Freeman demonstrates experience representing clients on both sides of patent disputes, having appeared as lead counsel for a plaintiff and of counsel for a defendant in tracked cases.
