Pilseon Yoo

Pilseon Yoo is a patent litigation attorney at Baker Botts, specializing in post-grant review proceedings, patent litigation, and prosecution. His practice primarily involves defending operating companies, as evidenced by his appearances exclusively on the defendant side in tracked cases. With a technical background as a circuit design engineer at Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and SK Hynix Inc., where he focused on high-end NAND Flash memory devices, Yoo possesses a deep understanding of complex electronics, display, and semiconductor technologies.

Before joining Baker Botts, Yoo also served as in-house counsel at Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., managing various intellectual property matters, including patent dispute analysis, offensive patent development, and license negotiations.
