Paulina Starostka

Paulina Starostka is an intellectual property litigation attorney at DLA Piper LLP (US), where her practice focuses on high-stakes intellectual property litigation, particularly Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission. She has experience representing clients on both the plaintiff and defendant sides, though her tracked appearances indicate a primary emphasis on defense work, with six defendant-side roles compared to two plaintiff-side roles.
