Paul Christian Goulet

Paul C. Goulet is a patent litigation attorney with a primary focus on intellectual property disputes before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), where he serves as Chair of FisherBroyles' ITC Section 337 practice. He has an extensive background in ITC proceedings, having acted as trial counsel in over 20 ITC trials and participated in more than 60 investigations, in addition to serving as an attorney-advisor to the ITC's Chief Administrative Law Judge. His technological expertise spans a diverse range of areas, including laser diodes, integrated circuit chipsets, graphics rendering, medical imaging, wind turbines, and telecommunications technologies such as 4G/LTE and 5G.

Based on tracked cases, Mr. Goulet has represented defendants, notably as lead attorney for the defendant in Corning Incorporated v. HKC Corp et al.
