Patrick R. Delaney

Patrick R. Delaney is an Of Counsel attorney at Devlin Law Firm LLC, focusing his practice on intellectual property litigation in Federal Courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission, encompassing both patents and trademarks. His technical expertise spans a wide array of industries, including electronics, telecommunications, computer-related technology, semiconductors, chemicals, materials science, pharmaceuticals, biologicals, and consumer products.
