Parth V. Sagdeo

Parth V. Sagdeo is a patent litigator with a focus on patent invalidity, representing technology-driven companies. His practice primarily involves defending operating companies against patent assertions by challenging patent validity. Resonant Systems Inc. (IPR2024-00807), where claims 2 and 3 of the challenged patent related to haptic feedback devices were invalidated. He has argued for clients such as Apple, Cisco, Micron, and PayPal.

Admitted to the State Bar of California in 2018, Sagdeo earned his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. He also holds advanced degrees in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. He previously served as a judicial law clerk at both the U.S. Courts of Appeals and U.S. District Courts.
