Neil A. Benchell

Neil A. Benchell is a patent litigation attorney with a primary focus on representing plaintiffs in intellectual property disputes. Benchell leverages an 18-year career in the computer industry, encompassing information technology management, sales, and marketing, to handle complex technical matters. He has extensive experience litigating patents across diverse technological fields, including mechanical, chemical, pharmaceutical, hardware/software, computer networking, and wireless communications.

Throughout his tracked appearances, Benchell has consistently represented the plaintiff side in all five recorded cases. He is currently an attorney at Devlin Law Firm, which he joined in 2018, bringing with him two decades of patent litigation experience from prior firms.

A notable engagement includes his role as counsel for HBCU Messaging US LP in a patent infringement lawsuit against Apple Inc. and Green Dot, filed in the Western District of Texas.
