Nancy N. Attalla

Nancy N. Attalla is a patent litigation attorney with a practice focused on high-tech intellectual property disputes. Her work encompasses multi-district patent and trade secret litigation, as well as proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and the International Trade Commission (ITC). She handles matters involving complex technologies, including semiconductors, standard essential patents (SEPs) relating to 5G and Wi-Fi, and mobile applications, alongside broader areas such as software, security, communications, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and design.
