Nancy L. Schroeder

Nancy L. Schroeder is a Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers, focusing her practice primarily on complex patent and trade secret litigation. Her experience spans a wide array of technologies, including semiconductors, mobile communications, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals, encompassing ANDA and BPCIA cases. With an academic background in chemical engineering and biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, her technical proficiency underpins her diverse litigation practice.

Schroeder consistently represents defendants, particularly operating companies, in intellectual property disputes. Her tracked case appearances, including Mimzi, LLC v. Hyundai Motor Company and Emerging Automotive LLC v. Hyundai Motor Company et al., involve defending Hyundai Motor Company against patent infringement allegations, indicating a focus on automotive technology, likely related to software and electronics.
