Michael S. Dvoren

Michael S. Dvoren is an attorney whose practice centers on intellectual property law, encompassing trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and internet law, with a strong focus on business and advertising law. He advises clients across a broad spectrum of industries on various intellectual property matters. While his general intellectual property practice is diverse, his tracked patent litigation experience shows a single appearance on the defendant's side as local counsel.

Currently, Mr. Dvoren is a Senior Attorney at RM Warner Law. His past experience includes serving as a partner at other prominent law firms in the Phoenix area and as an associate attorney at an Am Law 200 firm. In patent litigation, Mr. Dvoren's sole tracked appearance was as local counsel for the defendant in ABC IP, LLC et al. v. KE ARMS, LLC et al., a case involving patents related to forced reset trigger mechanisms for firearms. While this case involved patent infringement, his role was specifically as local counsel for Dickinson Wright. The litigation saw a preliminary injunction granted against the defendants in February 2026 and involved allegations of patent infringement related to firearm trigger systems. He was also recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Intellectual Property Litigation from 2015 to 2019.
