Additionally, he was part of a Mintz team that achieved a significant defense victory for Juul Labs at the US International Trade Commission.
Mr. Dokhanchy regularly appears before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), arguing hearings and motions in IPR panels. His IPR experience includes representing patent owners like Marlin Semiconductor Ltd. and defending companies such as Honda against Intellectual Ventures.
