Michael H. Jones

Michael H. Jones is a patent litigation attorney and partner at Rothwell, Figg, Ernst & Manbeck, a firm he joined prior to his elevation to partnership in October 2018. His practice encompasses both patent litigation and prosecution, with a strong emphasis on post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), including Inter Partes Review (IPR) and ex parte reexamination.
