Michael D. McBride

Michael D. McBride is a seasoned patent litigation attorney with over 15 years of experience, currently a Partner at Alavi & Anaipakos, PLLC. His practice is characterized by a strong technical foundation as an electrical engineer, enabling him to litigate complex patent disputes across a range of high-tech industries.

Mr. McBride's technology focus areas include semiconductor manufacturing and transistor design, flash memory controllers, fiber optic networks, digital video compression and processing, CMOS image sensors, voice codecs, and Standard Essential Patents (SEPs). He also has experience prosecuting patent applications related to computer hardware and software, aerospace, and upstream oil and gas technologies. His case history, including matters like GOTV Streaming, LLC v. Netflix, Inc. and those involving Stingray Group Inc., demonstrates a focus on digital media and streaming technologies.
