Michael D. Jay

Michael D. Jay is a partner at DLA Piper, concentrating his practice on intellectual property litigation and strategy, with a particular focus on patent and trade secret disputes. His experience spans diverse technologies, including telecommunication and wireless communication protocols, smartphones, integrated circuits, computer software, Ethernet controllers, medical devices, biological products, and pharmaceuticals.
