Matias Ferrario

Matias Ferrario is a Partner and Co-Leader of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP's Patent Litigation Practice Group, specializing in complex patent matters across diverse technical fields. His practice areas encompass biotechnology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, computer systems, call processing systems, business methods, software systems, and mechanical devices. He has also handled cases involving vehicle leveling systems for recreational vehicles and solid-state lighting panel control systems.

Ferrario primarily represents defendants, as evidenced by his tracked appearances being exclusively on the defendant side in patent litigation. At Kilpatrick Townsend, his work involves protecting clients' products and brands in patent infringement and enforcement disputes.
