Mark S. Raskin

Mark S. Raskin is a partner at Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery, focusing his practice on intellectual property litigation and licensing matters. He joined Fitch Even in July 2024, having previously served as Managing Partner of Mishcon de Reya New York, where he founded its Patent Litigation Group in 2012. His prior experience also includes acting as General Counsel for an engineering and manufacturing corporation specializing in military and aerospace products.

Mr. Raskin's litigation experience spans a broad range of technologies, including medical and analytical devices, chemical and pharmaceutical compositions, consumer electronics, computer software and hardware (including video games), as well as telecommunications and internet-related technologies. His practice primarily involves representing plaintiffs in patent infringement disputes. Noteworthy cases include his role as lead counsel for Disintermedation Services Inc. in litigation against DISH Network Corporation, and his representation of ChanBond LLC, which resulted in a $125 million settlement against the cable TV industry. He also represented McRo, Inc. in patent litigation against video game designers and B.E. Technology, L.L.C. against Google LLC.

Mr. Raskin earned his J.D., with honors, from The George Washington University Law School in 2000, and holds an M.A. and B.A. in Biology from Washington University. He is admitted to the bars of Florida and New York, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and numerous U.S. District Courts, including the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Eastern District of Texas.
