Mark Howard Rogge

Mark H. Rogge is an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate at Dickinson Wright, based in the firm's Silicon Valley office. He focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, particularly involving software patents, and serves tech companies and startups specializing in cloud-based technology. His experience also extends to patent applications, prosecution, and licensing agreements. Prior to his legal career, he earned a Master of Engineering in Computer Science (1999) and a Bachelor of Science (1998) from Cornell University, and served as a Submarine Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy.
