Mark A. Bloomberg

Mark H. Bloomberg is an accomplished intellectual property litigator, currently serving as Of Counsel at Zuber Lawler LLP. With over 30 years of experience, he focuses on patent infringement actions, advising clients on patent validity, remedies, and licensing. His technical expertise spans a diverse range of areas including computers, video games, telecommunication systems, electronic trading systems, business methods, medical devices, and consumer electronics such as personal computers, satellite radios, and cellular telephones.

In his practice, Mr. Bloomberg primarily represents patent owners. His single tracked appearance is as Lead Counsel for the plaintiff, SPADA Innovations, Inc., in a patent infringement case against AT&T Inc., which concerns information security methods over Passive Optical Networks. His career highlights include representing an international consumer product company in a landmark damages trial resulting in a $925 million award and securing a $1.6 billion settlement for a major computer industry company in a patent infringement dispute. He has also successfully represented a start-up satellite radio company in designing around competitor patents and a medical device company after prevailing on claim construction issues.
