Lucas M. Walker

Lucas M. Walker is a partner at MoloLamken LLP, concentrating his practice on complex appellate litigation, including a significant focus on intellectual property and technology disputes. He joined MoloLamken in 2010. His experience encompasses a broad range of legal issues, including traditional patent-law matters such as infringement, validity, and damages, as well as broader intellectual property concerns like standing to sue for patent infringement and issues related to the Biologic Price Competition and Innovation Act.

In his tracked patent litigation appearances, Mr. Walker has exclusively represented plaintiffs, appearing in three cases on behalf of Stingray IP Solutions LLC and Stingray IP Solutions, LLC. These cases, including Stingray IP Solutions LLC v. TP-Link Corporation Ltd. et al. and Stingray IP Solutions, LLC v. TP-Link Technologies Co., Ltd. et al., involved patents covering mobile ad hoc network routing and wireless communication slot allocation, suggesting a specialization in telecommunications and wireless technology.
