Lisa Noelle Phillips is a patent litigation attorney at Daignault Iyer with nearly 25 years of experience in intellectual property disputes. Her practice encompasses a broad spectrum of technologies, including computer software, mechanical, pharmaceutical, nutritional supplement, medical device, biotechnology, and chemical cases. Her background includes a decade in pharmaceutical and biotechnology research, providing her with a robust technical foundation.

Phillips demonstrates a balanced litigation approach, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in patent matters. While her tracked case appearances show one plaintiff and one defendant role, her current firm, Daignault Iyer, focuses on both patent monetization for patent owners and Generic Drug Hatch-Waxman litigation for generic drug companies.
