Li Chen

Li Chen is a seasoned patent litigation attorney with a practice focused on high-stakes technology disputes and complex intellectual property matters. His experience encompasses technology transactions and litigation, particularly involving standard essential patents (SEPs) and RAND (reasonable and non-discriminatory) licensing issues.

Throughout his career, Chen has primarily represented defendants and respondents, defending operating companies against patent infringement allegations.
