Khue V. Hoang is a highly experienced patent litigation attorney and the Managing Partner of the New York office at Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg LLP. With a background as a semiconductor engineer and advanced degrees in electrical engineering, she leverages her technical expertise in complex intellectual property disputes. Hoang's practice spans a wide array of technology sectors, including telecommunications, data storage, consumer electronics, and medical devices. Her experience encompasses litigation related to wireless technologies, 3G, 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, messaging, and server technologies, as seen in cases for Malikie Innovations Limited, which acquired a substantial patent portfolio from BlackBerry. She also handles matters involving Near Field Communication (NFC) payment technology and streaming video, representing clients such as CardWare Inc. in suits against major tech companies like Google LLC and Apple Inc., and appearing for Dish Technologies L.L.C. in disputes concerning adaptive bitrate video streaming.
