Kevin P.B. Johnson

Kevin P.B. Johnson is a partner at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, where he founded the firm's patent litigation practice. His work spans a wide array of high-stakes technology disputes, including matters related to smartphones, wireless communications, microprocessors, semiconductors, medical devices, and software. Drawing on a background in electrical engineering, he tries cases in federal district courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and state courts. His client list includes major technology companies such as Samsung, Sony, Salesforce, and MediaTek.

The authoritative case list shows Johnson acting as lead counsel for defendant Samsung in VB Assets, LLC v. Samsung.
