Kelly Tripathi

Kelly Tripathi is an Intellectual Property Litigation Partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where her practice focuses on patent infringement litigation in federal district courts and other intellectual property matters. She has experience across various technology areas, including drug therapy patents, spinal surgery technology, and ophthalmic devices. Additionally, her work has involved patents related to packaging materials, as evidenced by her appearances in matters concerning "recyclable heat shrink film for recyclable containers."

Ms. Tripathi demonstrates experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in patent disputes, with her tracked appearances including roles on both sides of the litigation in CCL Industries, Inc. v. Brook & Whittle Ltd..
