Katherine Grayce Rubschlager

Katherine G. Rubschlager is an intellectual property litigation attorney at Alston & Bird, focusing her practice on complex patent cases in federal courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). Drawing on a background in mechanical engineering and mathematics, she handles a wide array of technologies, including telecommunications equipment (3G, 4G base stations, 5G networks, distributed antenna systems), consumer electronics (remote controls, smart TV software), water filtration, and folding furniture.
